The consortium will have a Board consisting of a representative of all stakeholders: Radboud, CLARIAH, Freudenthal, Nivel. This Board will have a meeting at least six times per year to discuss progress, daily management, project reports, dissemination options and publications. Meetings of the complete project group including all involved employees will be held every six months.

An Advisory Board will be installed with external representatives from Care2Report, CAIRE-lab, Platform Personalised Health, National Police, Nederlandsche Bank. Its task is to see to the incorporation of the results into the CLARIAH infrastructure.

They will be invited to the bi-annual project meetings, and will be asked for invited and uninvited comments on the direction and implementation of the project.

The postdoc social scientist will be based at UU (Descartes Centre). The postdoc for speech technology will be based and supervised at CLST. Both will be temporarily embedded at Nivel to prepare the data and finetune the speech recogniser.
